Lingonberry Dip

The perfect lingonberry dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Natural yoghurt
  • 50 g Cream / sour cream 20% fat
  • 50 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1,5 tablespoon Lingonberry jelly
  • Lemon pepper
  • Salt
  1. Whip the yoghurt, sour cream and crème fraíche until creamy.
  2. Stir in the cranberry jelly and season with salt and lemon pepper to taste.
  3. Approx. Let it steep for 2 hours.
  4. A light fruity dip that can be used in many ways.
