Meat Sausage with Difference
The perfect meat sausage with difference recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Meat sausage
- 100 g Prosciutto
- 50 g Edam full fat level
- 50 g Diced pineapple
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- Heat the oil in the pan and fry the meat sausage (2 pieces of 200 grams each) until crispy on all sides.
- Remove from the pan, dab with kitchen paper and let cool down a little.
- Cut 2 slices from Edam in the size of the meat sausage (just under 0.5 cm).
- Cut deeply into the length of the meat sausage in the middle (pocket).
- Now put the pineapple pieces in the pocket, spread over the entire length of the incision.
- Put the Edam on top and again pieces of pineapple. Close with light pressure.
- Wrap the whole thing with 3 slices of ham.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees circulating air. Take the cranberry dip out of the fridge.
- Heat the pan in which the sausage was seared again and fry the finished parts until crispy on all sides.
- Place in a baking dish and heat in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- Put on the plate with the cranberry dip. We had stone oven baguettes with it.
