Linguine with cherry tomatoes and shrimp

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g linguine
  • 500 g shrimp(s), frozen
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 5 Pepper , pickled hot
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 100 g Grana Padano, freshly grated
  • olive oil
  • basil, shredded
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the linguine in salted water and then drain. Fry the frozen shrimp in olive oil. Drain any thawing water from the pan halfway through. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside. Cover the bottom of the pan with about 2 mm of olive oil. Fry the chopped cherry tomatoes and chili peppers in it. Season with salt, cayenne pepper, and basil. Finally, add the chopped garlic cloves and the shrimp. Combine the sauce with the linguine and Grana Padano.
