Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • 250 g quark
  • 2 gherkins
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • some mustard
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp, heaped paprika powder
  • 2 medium-sized onions, chopped
  • some anchovy fillet(s)
  • some chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

an Austrian spread specialty made from quark

Cream the butter until fluffy, then stir in the quark, sour cream, finely chopped gherkins, chopped onions, and anchovy fillets. Season to taste and garnish with chives.
