Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g beetroot, cooked
  • 2 tbsp horseradish
  • 4 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the beets into slices about 0.2 cm thick and place them in a bowl. Add the horseradish and sugar and serve.
