Recipe from Bali/Indonesia, original title: matahari terbenam Bali

You will need a sterile 750 ml bottle with a screw cap. Wash, peel, and thinly slice the ginger. Remove the brown leaves from the lemongrass, wash the remaining stems, and slice them. Use only the white and light green parts. Remove additional outer leaves if necessary. Bring the water to a boil, add the green tea, ginger, and lemongrass, and bring to a boil briefly. Remove from the heat and let steep with the lid on for 3 minutes. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the papaya schnapps. Mix the condensed milk, coconut milk, and palm sugar. Strain the tea and add it to the milk mixture. Mix well with a hand blender. Add the papaya schnapps and blend for 1 minute. Taste and enjoy.
