- 1 Pc. Egg
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 50 g Sugar
- 25 g Food starch
- 25 g Sifted flour
- 100 g Dark couverture
- 1 tablespoon Sugar floret
- Stir egg, water & sugar for 10 minutes. The mass must be nice and creamy.
- Mix in the flour & cornstarch. Butter the mold well, fill in the dough and then bake at 200 ° C for 20 minutes
- Let the figure cool down.
