  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 25 g Food starch
  • 25 g Sifted flour
  • 100 g Dark couverture
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar floret

  2. Mix in the flour & cornstarch. Butter the mold well, fill in the dough and then bake at 200 ° C for 20 minutes
  3. Let the figure cool down.
