Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g beef liver (minced)
- 1 roll(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 5 cloves garlic
- breadcrumbs
- marjoram
- salt and pepper
- e.g. meat broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Soak the bread roll in water. Dice the onion and garlic and place it in a bowl. Add the minced liver and season generously with marjoram, salt, and pepper. Mix in the squeezed-out bread roll. Stir in breadcrumbs as needed until the dough is pliable. Form the dumplings, add them to the meat broth (do not allow to boil), and let stand for about 20 minutes.
