Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cl white rum
  • 2 cl vodka
  • 2 cl gin
  • 1 cl Triple Sec
  • 1 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl orange juice
  • cola
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

in slight variation

In a shaker, combine all ingredients except the cola over ice cubes and shake well. Strain into a 0.5-liter glass, fill with cola, and add crushed ice. Substitute the lemon juice with the juice of half a lime for the original Long Island Ice Tea. Lemon makes it more tangy, while lime makes it smoother.
