Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Spiced spinach frozen with onions
  • 2 pinches Salt
  • 2 pinches Nutmeg
  • 4 pinches Asia barbecue seasoning salt
  • 4 Eggs free range Gr. L, animal welfare tested, as fresh as possible
  • 300 g 8 Potatoes (triplets)
  • 500 ml Water cold
  • 1 tsp Salt

  • Set the eggs at room temperature in good time. Peel the triplets, put them in water, rinse again, put them in a small saucepan, cover with the water and add salt. Prepare the remaining ingredients.

  • Bring the potatoes to the boil with the lid slightly open, minimize the heat completely, cook with the lid closed for approx. 12 to 15 minutes, drain and steam. Prepare the spinach according to the instructions on the packet and add any spices to taste. Make a well in the spinach with a spoon, crack open the egg and carefully slide the egg white / egg yolk into the well. Do the same with the remaining eggs one after the other. Salt the eggs and cook with the lid closed for approx. 5 minutes, until the egg white has set.

Serving

  • Arrange spinach, "lost eggs" and potatoes decoratively on preheated dinner plates and enjoy.
