Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g flour
  • 65 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g jelly (raspberry jelly)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Knead the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks, and butter into a shortcrust pastry, then refrigerate it for 2 hours. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and shape it into small balls. Make a hollow in the center with a spoon and fill with the raspberry jelly. Bake the cookies at 175°C for about 10-15 minutes until light golden.
