Ingredients for 40 servings:
- 175 g flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 60 g sugar
- 125 g margarine
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 g jelly, red (currant!!!)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Knead all ingredients (except the jam) into a smooth dough and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Form small balls, make a hollow in the center (using a wooden spoon handle), and fill with jelly. (Place the jelly in a freezer bag and cut off a small corner. It works great!) Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
