Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 65 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- ½ bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
- 175 g flour
- 1 jar jam (strawberry)

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 42 minutes

Make a shortcrust pastry with all the ingredients (except the jam) and chill it for at least one hour. Then form small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Using a floured wooden spoon handle, make a well in the dough and add a little jam. Bake at 175°C for about 10-12 minutes.
