Low-calorie apple curd cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 750 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 80 g erythritol (sugar substitute)
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 bag(s) of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 pinch of orange peel flavoring
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 125 g apple rings

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Chop the apple rings into small pieces and set aside. Separate the eggs from the yolks, then place the egg whites in a separate bowl and beat until stiff peaks form. Add the quark, erythritol, baking powder, vanilla pudding powder, orange peel powder, and cinnamon to the egg yolks. Mix everything well. Fold in the apple pieces. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Line a baking pan with baking paper and spread the batter on it. Bake at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 60 minutes. After 15 minutes, loosen the batter from the edges with a knife and return the pan to the oven. Let it cool and enjoy. The whole cake has 1330 kcal.
