Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 ml Cremefine for whipping
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 200 g pineapple pieces from the can, drained

done very quickly
Whip the Cremefine with the sugar until stiff. Add the coconut milk and whip briefly again. Carefully fold in the well-drained pineapple pieces. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
