Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 ml Cremefine for whipping
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 200 g pineapple pieces from the can, drained

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whip the Cremefine with the sugar until stiff. Add the coconut milk and whip briefly again. Carefully fold in the well-drained pineapple pieces. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
