Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tsp, heaped cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 100 ml milk, 1.5% fat
- 100 ml coconut milk, 1.9% fat (health food store)
- ½ tsp desiccated coconut
- some sweetener, liquid
- 2 ice cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
With coconut flakes
Combine cocoa powder, milk, coconut milk, and sweetener with two ice cubes in a small Tupperware shaker and shake vigorously until the cocoa is combined with the milk and coconut milk. Immediately pour the shake into a tall glass. Sprinkle the desiccated coconut over the top, place a straw in the glass, and enjoy. Tip: This chocolatey shake is low in fat, high in protein, calcium, and has no added sugar.
