  • some sweetener
  • some berries, e.g. blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes

healthy and delicious

Puree the avocado, banana, and egg with a hand blender. Add honey and/or sweetener, if desired. Drop the batter by tablespoons onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Makes about 12 cookies. Top each with a berry and bake at about 160 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for 20-30 minutes, until lightly browned. Since every oven is different, please check regularly. It’s best to eat and enjoy after cooling completely.
