Low-calorie Italian-style pasta salad

Invite friends over for a barbecue, it’s best to make enough pasta salad. Our quantities are enough for six people.

  • To do this, boil 500 grams of pasta. Whether you use penne or farfalle or any other type of pasta depends on your preferences.
  • For the dressing, mix 50 milliliters of milk with two tablespoons each of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Also, add one tablespoon of honey and four tablespoons of Dijon mustard. Seasoned with a little pepper and salt.
  • Before you pour the dressing over the pasta, halve another 200 grams of cocktail tomatoes and cut four spring onions into fine rings.
  • Once you have mixed these ingredients with the cooked pasta, fold in the dressing. The light pasta salad is decorated with some rocket and Parma ham cut into strips.
  • Finally, sprinkle some toasted pine nuts on top.

Colorful pasta salad with turkey breast

This recipe is enough for six servings.

  • First, you cook 500 grams of pasta of your choice again.
  • Meanwhile, cut two large onions into rings and a bunch of washed radishes into thin slices.
  • You make the dressing from 50 milliliters of chicken stock with four tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of white wine vinegar. Add a small dash of Tabasco for seasoning.
  • The finely chopped flesh of two large tomatoes is also added to the dressing. Tip: Tomatoes are easy to the skin if you blanch them beforehand.
  • Toss the pasta with the dressing and scatter over the radishes and onion rings.
  • Finally, add 200 grams of turkey breast cut into strips to the pasta salad and decorate with fresh cress.
