Low-calorie potato pizza

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g dumpling dough
  • 1 can tuna in vegetables or in its own juice
  • 35 g cheese (grated cheese), light
  • 100 g corn
  • n. B. Spice(s), e.g. oregano, garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

A pizza base made from dumpling dough or potatoes, which is very versatile.

First of all, don’t panic: Even though it says dumpling here, you won’t get a dumpling flavor. Mix the dumpling dough, tuna, grated cheese, corn, and seasonings until smooth. If the mixture seems too tough, you can add a little more water. But not too much, or it will become too mushy. Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread the mixture out so it’s not too thin, but not too thick. It should have the thickness of a real pizza base. Now, place the baking sheet on the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. You can also top your base like a pizza, e.g., with tomato sauce, ham, etc. I think it tastes incredibly delicious as it is. The mixture is enough for two people and has a total calorie content of 570 kcal (285 kcal per serving).
