Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 300 g vegetables (e.g. zucchini, carrots, leeks, onions)
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 60 g flour
- 30 g oat flakes
- 100 g Edam cheese, 30% F. i. tr.
- e.g. curry powder
- n. B. Pfeffer
- e.g. paprika powder
- 10 g oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
delicious and you don’t have to regret the enjoyment
Finely chop or grate the vegetables and grate the cheese. Stir in the eggs, oats, and flour and season well. Heat the oil in a pan, drop in the small cakes with a tablespoon, and fry them gently.
