Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 50 g quark
  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • Sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

makes about 35 pieces

Melt the butter and knead it well with the quark, 150 g of desiccated coconut, and the liquid sweetener. Adjust the sweetener to taste. Form the dough into small balls and roll them in the remaining desiccated coconut. Refrigerate. Makes approximately 35 chocolates.
