Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g protein powder (chocolate)
- 15 g cocoa powder, (baking)
- 4 tbsp sweetener (granulated sweetener)
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 60 ml milk, low-fat
- n. B. Sweetener, liquid
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
A low-carb chocolate chip cookie
Combine the dry ingredients. Add the egg, oil, and milk and mix well until smooth. If the batter is too stiff, add a little more milk. Season with liquid sweetener, if desired. Place the batter on a plate or in a bowl and microwave for 3 minutes at 800 watts. Let cool briefly and serve.
