Low carb cream cheese rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 45 g psyllium husks
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Let stand for 10 minutes. Form the mixture into 6 small rolls. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes. The rolls will still be a little moist inside after baking. I like to slice them and then briefly pop them in the toaster.
