Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g quark
  • 100 g butter, liquid
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 g vanilla-flavored protein powder
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 20 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

LC suitable, quick and easy

Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Simply combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer until a batter forms. Then fill the batter into 10 prepared muffin cups. Bake in the hot oven for about 15 minutes. 125 kcal per piece.
