- 75 g hazelnuts, ground
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp, heaped protein powder
- 30 g butter, melted
- 1 egg(s)
- 30 g erythritol (sugar substitute)

Preheat oven to 160°C fan/convection oven. Mix all ingredients into a dough and spread into six small balls on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then remove from the baking sheet and let cool. One cookie has less than two grams of carbohydrates.
