Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 Pepper
  • 2 tbsp paprika paste
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Dice the onion and garlic. Brown the minced meat with the onions and garlic in a pan in oil. Slice the mushrooms, add them to the meat, and fry them. Dice the zucchini, bell peppers, carrots, and chili peppers and add them to the mushrooms and meat along with the paprika. Briefly fry and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Cook the vegetables for about 20 minutes until tender. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
