Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 300 g minced beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 class can/n sauerkraut (330 g)
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • Sugar
  • 2 stalks of parsley
  • 2 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat oil in a pan and brown the minced meat, seasoning with salt. Drain the sauerkraut, add it to the meat, and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the paprika and tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems. Serve the Szeged minced meat with sour cream and sprinkled with parsley. Approx. 480 kcal per serving.
