Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g bacon, diced
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 zucchini
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 2 carrots
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- 250 ml beef broth
- salt and pepper
- Xylitol (sugar substitute)
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 50 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
First, wash and chop the leek. Then hollow out, wash, and dice the zucchini and bell pepper. Clean and thinly slice the carrots. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Heat a pan and fry the bacon. Once it starts to brown, add the minced meat and fry everything together. Add the vegetables and fry for about 5 minutes. Then add the stock and the chopped tomatoes. Simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes. Then season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar substitute, and paprika.
