  • 2 pieces of grilled cheese
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 onion(s), small red
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the bell peppers, cut the onions into rings, and chop the garlic. Heat a little fat in a nonstick pan and add the cheese. In the same pan, fry the onions next to the cheese, then add the bell peppers. Once the cheese has browned on both sides, add the chopped garlic to the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
