Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 sausage
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 dl white wine
  • 1 dl broth
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • n. B. spice(s)
  • n. B. Oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook your pasta of choice according to the package instructions. Finely chop the tomato, onion, and garlic. Remove the skin from the sausage. Sauté the garlic and onion, then brown the meat. Add the tomato paste and cook briefly. Then deglaze with white wine and reduce slightly. Add the fresh tomato, stock, and chopped tomatoes. Reduce until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Season to taste and serve with pasta. Sprinkle with cheese, if desired.
