Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 25 g oat bran
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 egg(s)
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Mix the oat bran and baking powder in a bowl the size of the burger patty. Then add the low-fat curd cheese, egg, and salt and mix everything together. Let stand for 10-12 minutes. Cover the bowl with a plate and microwave for 3-4 minutes at 600-800 watts. Then turn it out and microwave it on the plate (uncovered) for another minute. Let it cool. Once cooled, split the bun in half and toast each half for 1-2 minutes. Then top with the burger ingredients. 200 kcal per serving
