Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef or tartar
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 500g tzatziki
- 200 g feta cheese
- 100 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- Garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Divide the cauliflower into florets or small pieces, wash, and chop in a blender. Cover and bake the chopped cauliflower in a hot oven at full power for 8-10 minutes. Brown the minced meat in oil and season with pepper, salt, and garlic. Cut the bell peppers and feta cheese into strips or cubes. Briefly fry the bell peppers in the pan. Add the tzatziki to the pan with the minced meat. Place half of the cauliflower in a baking dish. Spread the minced meat mixture on top. Add the remaining cauliflower on top. Sprinkle with feta cubes and grated cheese. Bake in a hot oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.
