  • 200 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of baking powder
  • sweetener
  • n. B. Fruit for topping

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the oats with almond milk, a little baking powder, cinnamon, and a mashed banana. Season with sweetener, if desired. Pour the batter into a small baking dish. Top with the fruit of your choice. Bake the baked oatmeal in a preheated oven at 250°C (480°F) for about 15 minutes.
