Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp almonds, ground
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tbsp xylitol (sugar substitute)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a coffee mug and mix thoroughly. Place the mug in the microwave for 2 minutes at full power. The cake will rise in the microwave, but will shrink slightly when removed. Turn the mug cake out onto a plate and garnish it as desired. I decorated it with powdered sugar and chocolate drops from Xucker.
