- 1 tbsp almond milk (almond drink)
- 1 pinch(s) of baking powder
- 1 ½ tbsp almonds, ground or hazelnuts
- 1 ½ tbsp chocolate-flavored protein powder
- 1 tbsp, saturates erythritol (sugar substitute) or similar
- Chocolate, sugar-free, optional
- Nuts, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 4 minutes
Mug cake
First, whisk the egg with the almond milk in a large mug. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix. Finally, add the topping. Now bake in the microwave for a good 2 minutes at about 800 watts, then enjoy.
