Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp almond milk (almond drink)
  • 1 pinch(s) of baking powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp almonds, ground or hazelnuts
  • 1 ½ tbsp chocolate-flavored protein powder
  • 1 tbsp, saturates erythritol (sugar substitute) or similar
  • Chocolate, sugar-free, optional
  • Nuts, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 4 minutes

Mug cake

First, whisk the egg with the almond milk in a large mug. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix. Finally, add the topping. Now bake in the microwave for a good 2 minutes at about 800 watts, then enjoy.
