Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g mixed mushrooms, e.g. button mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, oyster mushrooms
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean the mushrooms and cut into bite-sized, equal pieces. Finely chop the onion and garlic, add them to a pan lightly coated with oil, and fry over medium heat until translucent. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the vegetable stock to the pan and let it simmer. After 2-3 minutes, add the balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
