Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g rice
- 10 g rapeseed oil
- 100 g leaf spinach with Philadelphia, frozen
- 170 g vegetable stock, liquid
- Salt
- black pepper, freshly ground

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the dry rice and fry for a few minutes, turning occasionally. Deglaze with stock, stir, and season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low and cook the rice in a covered pan for about 20 minutes. Then add the spinach, stir, and let it simmer covered for another 5-7 minutes. Turn off the heat and season the spinach rice again. Transfer the rice to a suitable container, arrange on a plate, garnish, and serve.
