Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large egg(s)
  • ½ m.-sized apple
  • possibly cinnamon or powdered sugar
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Crack the egg and mix with a fork. Peel the apple and slice it into small pieces. Fry them in a little oil over medium heat. Then pour the egg over it and fry until golden brown. If you like, sprinkle with some cinnamon or powdered sugar.
