Ingredients
- 50 g Ground almonds
- 50 g Almond flour
- 3 g Locust bean gum
- 2 piece Eggs
- 20 g Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Xucker
- 200 g Cream
Instructions
- Mix the ground almonds, almond flour, carob gum and xucker
- Add the cream, eggs and oil and knead.
- Now prepare 3 pancakes with the oil in the pan (bake over medium heat).
