Ingredients
 

  • 50 g Ground almonds
  • 50 g Almond flour
  • 3 g Locust bean gum
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 20 g Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Xucker
  • 200 g Cream

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ground almonds, almond flour, carob gum and xucker
  • Add the cream, eggs and oil and knead.
  • Now prepare 3 pancakes with the oil in the pan (bake over medium heat).
