Low Carb Banana Pancakes

  • 2 Ripe bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  1. Mash the bananas with a fork, add the eggs and mix everything together. Take a small pan and put a little batter on the frying surface that has been preheated with oil. Make sure the pancakes are about the size of the palm of your hand, otherwise they will disintegrate if they get too big.
  2. Approx. Fry for 2 minutes on each side. Every time after the frying process, add a good sip of the oil to the pan.
