Ingredients
 

  • 600 g Mozzarella
  • 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 100 g Cream cheese low in fat
  • 50 g Whipped cream 10% fat
  • 3 Eggs
  • 150 ml Tomato sauce
  • 1 Grated garlic

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Coat the baking sheet with oil.
  • Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and lay out the baking sheet tightly. Save the remaining cheese for the toppings.
  • Mix the cream cheese, cream, eggs, Parmesan and garlic.
  • Pour the mixture over the mozzarella and bake everything for 30 minutes on the lowest setting.
  • Remove from the oven, cover with pizza sauce and the desired ingredients.
  • Bake for another 10-15 minutes until the pizza is crispy.
