Crunchy Pizza – Low Carb

The perfect crunchy pizza – low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Mozzarella
  • 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 100 g Cream cheese low in fat
  • 50 g Whipped cream 10% fat
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 150 ml Tomato sauce
  • 1 Pc. Grated garlic
  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Coat the baking sheet with oil.
  3. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and lay out the baking sheet tightly. Save the remaining cheese for the toppings.
  4. Mix the cream cheese, cream, eggs, Parmesan and garlic.
  5. Pour the mixture over the mozzarella and bake everything for 30 minutes on the lowest setting.
  6. Remove from the oven, cover with pizza sauce and the desired ingredients.
  7. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until the pizza is crispy.
