Crunchy Pizza – Low Carb
The perfect crunchy pizza – low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Mozzarella
- 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan
- 100 g Cream cheese low in fat
- 50 g Whipped cream 10% fat
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 150 ml Tomato sauce
- 1 Pc. Grated garlic
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Coat the baking sheet with oil.
- Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and lay out the baking sheet tightly. Save the remaining cheese for the toppings.
- Mix the cream cheese, cream, eggs, Parmesan and garlic.
- Pour the mixture over the mozzarella and bake everything for 30 minutes on the lowest setting.
- Remove from the oven, cover with pizza sauce and the desired ingredients.
- Bake for another 10-15 minutes until the pizza is crispy.
