Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g chicken fillet(s)
- 3 m.-large bell pepper(s), red
- 1 large onion(s), red
- 500 ml cooking cream, e.g. Alpro Cooking Light
- 100 g tomato paste
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- e.g. oregano
- n. B. Thyme
- salt and pepper
- chili flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely chop the chicken fillet and place it in a bowl. Crush the garlic and add it to the chicken along with the oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes; mix well. Finely chop the onions and peppers. Brown the chicken well in a pan, adding the onions and peppers later and continuing to cook. Add tomato paste and season with oregano and thyme. Add Alpro Cooking Light cooking cream (or Cremefine) and mix everything together. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. If the consistency is too thick, add a little more water. This goes best with rice or pasta.
