Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g almonds, ground
- 100 g cheese, grated, e.g. Gouda
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp salt

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape into a square or round shape, as desired. Bake for approximately 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack. After pre-baking, spread the base with tomato sauce (it will be a little bumpier than with regular dough) and top with whatever you like. Return to the oven to bake. Absolutely simple, quick, and super delicious.
