Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 180 g cheese, grated
- 3 eggs
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 150 g cheese
- 50 g ham
- some stalks of basil, fresh
- 2 pinches of pizza seasoning

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

For the dough, combine the cheese, eggs, and low-fat curd cheese. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 170°C for approximately 15-18 minutes. Let the dough cool briefly, then spread with a little tomato sauce and sprinkle with pizza seasoning. Now top with ham and cheese and return to the oven for another 5 minutes. Top with fresh basil and serve. You can, of course, top your pizza with any toppings you like.
