Low-carb pizza with quark base

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 package of low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pack of cheese, grated
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp margarine
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • Spice mix, Italian
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Very quick and easy!

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). In a bowl, mix the low-fat quark with eggs and approximately 30-50g of grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture onto a greased baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Large bubbles forming in the batter are normal. In the meantime, prepare the sauce: Open the can of chopped tomatoes, add the tomatoes, and pour the sauce onto the quark base. 6 tablespoons of sauce are sufficient. Sprinkle with cheese, adjust the top heat, and bake the low-carb pizza for another 10 minutes.
