Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 60 g cheese, grated, light
  • 1 egg(s), size M
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some basil
  • some oregano

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven (200°C top/bottom heat). In a bowl, thoroughly mix the low-fat quark, cheese, and egg. Spread the dough into a round shape on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (the pizza will be slightly smaller than a frozen pizza). Pre-bake the sheet at medium heat for 15 minutes. Remove the sheet from the oven. Mix the tomato paste with a little water, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil, and season to taste. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough and add toppings as desired. Then bake the pizza for another 10 minutes. The calorie content of 277 kcal per serving refers only to the dough without any toppings.
