Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g raspberries or other berries, frozen
- 2 pinches of Stevia or sweetener
- 15 g powder (protein), preferably with vanilla flavor
- some water
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Instructions

Place the frozen fruit in a blender with a splash of water and blend until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend again. Nutritional values: 11.3 g carbohydrates, 31.6 g protein, 1.1 g fat.
