Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g raspberries or other berries, frozen
  • 2 pinches of Stevia or sweetener
  • 15 g powder (protein), preferably with vanilla flavor
  • some water
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

low in carbohydrates, high in protein, for strength athletes

Place the frozen fruit in a blender with a splash of water and blend until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend again. Nutritional values: 11.3 g carbohydrates, 31.6 g protein, 1.1 g fat.
