with soy flour, gluten-free

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat). Mix together the soy flour, psyllium husk flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the egg whites. Finally, stir in the boiling water and knead everything into a smooth dough. Add a little more water or flour if needed. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes, then form 5 rolls from the dough. Brush with warm water and roll in seeds of your choice. Place the rolls on baking paper and bake for about 50 minutes. Then let them cool on a wire rack. The rolls keep best in the refrigerator.
