- 5 g baking powder

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Combine the egg yolks, low-fat quark, and baking powder and add to the stiffly beaten egg whites. Stir well again. Spread the batter into 10 small balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven and bake the rolls on the middle rack for approximately 20-25 minutes, depending on the desired brownness. Let the rolls cool and add toppings as desired.
