Low-carb sausage salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g meat sausage
  • 360 g gherkins
  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g salad cream (Miracle Whip Balance)
  • 30 ml balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 shot of water as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the sausage into bite-sized pieces. Cut the gherkins into small slices. Place both in a bowl. In a container, combine the low-fat quark, Miracle Whip Balance, mustard, and balsamic vinegar, and season with pepper. Add a splash of water if desired and mix well. Pour the dressing over the sausage and gherkins and stir everything together.
